Managing Partner of Publicity agency, Yan Khanov, spoke on the use of communications to improve the investment climate in the regions of the Russian Federation

A seminar on best regional practices for the pilot testing of the National rating  of the state of the investment climate in the Russian Federation was conducted in Moscow in November 2014 and was organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI).

During the seminar, an analysis of the best regional practices, identified in the regions of the Russian Federation was conducted, based on the results of the pilot testing of the rating and a comprehensive road map of the regions of the Russian Federation was developed for their implementation. Participants from almost all regions of Russia, shared their experiences in improving the investment climate in their regions.

Yan Khanov, Managing Partner of Publicity agency, responsible for media support of the preparation and launch of the National rating, told the participants about the informational component of the national rating in the regions of Russia, during his speech. Poor awareness of target audiences in the region worsens the possibility of assessing the activity of the regional authorities to improve the investment climate. With the help of communication activities, projects and actions aimed at specific indicators of national rating, it is possible to improve the current state of the region in terms of rating.
